It's hard to turn down an opportunity for a holiday party. But once the party and has been and gone, what's a good way to send out your essential thank you postcards?
Well, there's a couple of ways to go about it.
Firstly, you can make your own thank you cards, creating more formal cards or more 'personal' postcards.
Or you can spend some hard earned dollars using online postcard templates that are specifically for sending thank you notes.
All of the above are relatively easy to do. The question is, which one would you prefer?
Let's look at our options and hone in on the winners.
Then we can go from there!
Making your own thank-you postcard is a simple matter of finding some good postcard templates and an appropriate image that fits the feeling of your party.
You can do this pretty much right on your own computer, or purchase a package of invitations from your local party supply store or department store.
Then it's just a matter of hand-writing a lovely thank-you note in each card!
This is easy enough if you only have a handful to go out. But what happens if you have 2000 thank you postcards to be mailed?
Now we're in big trouble!
This is when you need to call on one of those funky postcard template sites out there that supplies many different themed postcards.

The formal thank you approach
Hmm, might still need to write in each one though!
Yep, this works pretty well -- but it all depends on how many postcards you're sending!
Perhaps a better way (that's a bit of a time-eater too) is by purchasing low-cost thank you templates.
Here's a few you don't need to write in - and they still look excellent!
No matter which way we look at it, sending a personal, hand-written note is always going to be appreciated.
Adding a quick message along with the postcard, like simply asking a friend or relative how things are going, is a beautiful gesture.
On the other hand...
Although we all love receiving postcards (at least most of us!), you might not have the time or the dollars to do so.
Of course, you could always call each of your party guests and personally thank them...
And heck, that's an extremely personal way to go. (Even more personal than sending something in the mail!) Of course, the downside to that is it may be rather time consuming.
If you're looking for an easy, convenient, and free way (does such thing really exist?) to thank ALL of your guests, you may want to give email some thought. If you know the email address of all of your party guests, you could easily send one large email to everyone...
Another option is to find free invitations and thank you offerings online. These can be effective too, as long as you find good cards to use, and that everyone opens their email from you!
Honestly, it doesn't matter too much how you go about thanking your guests. The main thing is to thank them and let them know that you appreciate the time had together. You know what I mean, right?
I added a couple of thank you postcards below for you to get some ideas from. Please feel free to use these yourself!

Thanks for the all expenses paid trip to Brazil!

Been thinking of you ever since! (Only use if you mean it!)
